​The Burnt Sugar Co. began with a traditional steamed pudding recipe and a love of bringing people together through food.

Since 2019, I have been making these nostalgic puddings for families throughout our community. Each pudding is freshly made to order using the familiar burnt-sugar flavour many of us grew up enjoying.

This isn’t a modern reinvention—it’s comforting, old-school steamed pudding made with care. Whether it’s for a family gathering, a celebration or simply dessert at home, every pudding is created to be shared.

To ensure every pudding is prepared fresh, all orders require at least two days’ notice. Pickup only - Delivery will be available at a later date.
